MBBS in AIIMS Admission Process

Online Registration and Payment of AIIMS Exam Fees:

  1. Go to the main website of aiimsexams.org
  2. Under Student Tab click on the desired course i.e. Medicine>MBBS.
  3. Click on the Professional Exams Registration link.
  4. Fill the form carefully and accurately.
  5. Pay the exam fee via Debit or Credit Card or Net Banking of your choice and that amount will be deducted from the account.

Download Admit Card

The eligible student is able to download their admit card w.e.f. 22 May 2020 onwards. Following the same process as above:

What Are the Chances of Getting AIIMS MBBS Seats?

The total number of 1150 MBBS seats in AIIMS Delhi consists of the following

  • 584 reserved for general category
  • 211 reserved for OBC
  • 172 reserved for SC
  • 83 reserved for ST

The freshman of 1st-year MBBS seats in AIIMS is 107 seats where 27 are reserved for OBC, 15 for SC, and 8 for SC category students. 5% seats are reserved for PwD candidates of each category. 7 seats are reserved for foreign nationals.

The number of students applying for NEET and aspiring for AIIMS is more than 3 lakhs. Thus, the chances of getting into AIIMS are very low hardly a 1% success rate.
